We’re moving…

We’re moving…

An important update from the H&Co team.

It is with heavy hearts we inform you that our current lease is expiring, earlier than anticipated and there will be no term 3, 2019 in our Richmond space.

We are moving to 15 Steel Road Yackandandah VIC – Just 25mins drive from Albury Wodonga and 15min from Beechworth.

Here’s some of what student had to say after hearing the news.

“In the brief period of time I have learnt with Handsome & Co, my whole outlook on life has changed. I feel like these classes have fueled a passion of craft and learning that will continue for the rest of my life. Thanks again for everything.” Jessie.

“I had two amazing terms with you a few years ago and still marvel at what I was able to create with the guidance of your teachers and access to the coolest workshop I’ve ever seen. The pieces are so much more than just furniture, they generate conversations with all who see them and act as a constant reminder to me of the opportunity I had every Saturday to lose myself in wood creations…. a time in my life which I still reflect on regularly.” Jon.

“I am saddened by this news but happy to have found handsome and co and been able to spend some time there. It was my sanctuary every week. A place I could exercise my brain in different ways, that I looked forward to attending every time. A big thank you to you. I wish you all the best for the future and the move to the country.” Alex.

“It’s been a real joy to have been part of Handsome & Co for the last couple of years. I’ve learned so much from all the fantastically talented and dedicated tutors. You’ve run such a comprehensive, professional and organised workshop – I feel lucky to have been a part of it for so long. Wishing you all the best with your move, I’m sure it will be a great experience.” Dean.

“…all the best, and thank you for the wonderful learning opportunity over the last year and a bit.” Ben.

“H&Co has been a huge part of my life and I would like to thank you for having me.” Greg.

“Woodworking has been such a good part of my life for the last five years. Thank you, and best of luck with your new adventure.” Jess.

“Thank you for providing a safe and supportive space for the past 4.5 years! It’s not often a working professional can say that our weekend hobby is sometimes what gets us through a hard week! I’ve learned woodworking skills that still surprise me, but also a lot about myself – patience, problem solving and planning… Elliot, you are a teacher extraordinaire. Thanks for sharing your craft and stories and Louise, thanks for getting us enrolled and informed. All the best to you both and your family!” Kym.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your positive contribution to our workshop and the H&Co community. Regardless of whether you’ve been on our mailing list, are following us on Instagram, attended a short course or you have been students of ours for years, we sincerely appreciate your energy, support and passion for woodworking.
