Deferral

How it works:
We will contact you (most likely by email) before the next two terms following your deferral and let you know what places are available. Because of the tight enrolment and re-enrolment timeline, you will be provided with a short window of opportunity to make your decision, followed by a re-enrolment payment.
If for whatever reason you do not take up attendance with us in either of these two following terms, you will be removed from our deferrals list and will no longer be prioritized for a place. In this circumstance, we will add you to our general waiting list, if you’re not already on it.
The Details:
- Priority places will be offered to individuals over the ‘waiting list’ for two consecutive terms following the deferred term.
- While we will try very hard to get you back into your previous or preferred class time, there is NO guarantee that there will be available space in that specific class upon your return.
NOTE: If your contact details change during this time, it is your responsibility to inform us of those changes.
